What this is

VTNEprep is study material for the Veterinary Technician National Examination. It is not clinical guidance, and nothing here is meant to inform how you treat a patient.

The practice questions on this site are original items written against the exam's published content outline. They are not real, secured exam questions.

VTNEprep is run by Ari Kleine. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the American Association of Veterinary State Boards (AAVSB), which runs the VTNE, or to any textbook author or publisher. Those names appear here only to describe what the site covers.

By creating an account or using this site, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy and Refunds pages. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Your account

An account is for one person. Please do not share your login with anyone else, even a classmate or a friend who is also studying for the exam.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or buy a pass.

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done with your account. If you think someone else has used it, write to support@vtneprep.app straight away.

What you may not do

• Do not use bots, scrapers, or any automated tool to pull questions off this site.
• Do not copy the questions, answers, or explanations off this site.
• Do not redistribute anything from this site, in whole or in part, to anyone else.
• Do not sell, lend, or transfer your pass or your account.
• Do not try to get into another person's account or into the systems that run this site, and do not try to disrupt the site.
• Do not use this site or its content to build a competing product.
• Do not break the law while using this site.

Passes and access

You can buy a pass to unlock the full question bank. When a pass ends, your account drops back to the free sample rather than losing access to the site entirely. Refunds are covered on the Refunds page.

A pass is a one-time charge. It does not renew, and it never charges you again. The price, the currency, and any sales tax are shown at checkout before you pay. If you buy a new pass while one is still running, the new pass starts when the current one ends.

Your exam result depends on many things outside our control. We make no promise that using this site, or buying a pass, will get you a passing score on the VTNE.

Who owns the content

The questions, answers, explanations, and the way they are selected and arranged belong to VTNEprep and are protected by copyright. Facts from textbooks and other sources still belong to their owners.

While you follow these terms, you may use the site for your own exam study. That permission is personal to you. You cannot pass it to anyone else, and it ends if your account is closed for breaking these terms.

If you think something on this site infringes your copyright, write to support@vtneprep.app and tell us what it is and where it appears.

No warranty

The site is provided as is and as available. We work to keep the questions accurate, but we do not promise that every question, answer, or explanation is correct or current, or that the site will always be available or free of errors.

Limit of liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for lost profits or lost data, that come from your use of the site. That includes your exam result.

As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim about the site is capped at the larger of two amounts: what you paid for passes in the 12 months before the claim, or 50 US dollars.

Nothing in these terms takes away a right you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

Ending your account

You can stop using the site at any time.

We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or to protect the site or other students. If we close your account because you broke these terms, you do not get a refund for the time left on your pass, unless the law requires one.

If your account ends, the sections on who owns the content, no warranty, limit of liability, disputes, and general terms still apply.

Disputes

If you have a problem with the site, write to support@vtneprep.app first. Give us 30 days to try to put it right before you start any formal claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and by United States federal law. Either of us can bring a claim in small claims court if it qualifies. Any other claim goes to the state or federal courts located in California.

If you live outside the United States, you keep any protection that the consumer laws of your country or province give you and that cannot be waived.

California users can reach the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N-112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by phone at (800) 952-5210.

Changes to these terms

The date at the top of this page is the version of these terms currently in effect. If the wording changes, that date changes with it.

If you already have an account when the terms change, you are not asked to accept the new version. The new terms simply take effect for everyone going forward.

General

These terms, together with the Privacy and Refunds pages, are the whole agreement between you and us about the site. Because Stripe is the seller of record, your purchase of a pass is also covered by Stripe's own terms.

If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, that part is applied as far as the law allows, and the rest still applies.

If we do not enforce part of these terms at one time, we can still enforce it later.

You cannot transfer these terms or your account to anyone else. We can transfer them if the site is sold or reorganized.

We are not responsible for delays or outages caused by events outside our reasonable control.
