What we store

Your name, your email address, a phone number if you choose to add one, a password hash we never see in plain text, and which version of the Terms you accepted and when.

We use your phone number only to contact you about your account or a payment. We never use it for marketing, and we never share it.

Who handles your data

A few outside services help run this site. Here is what each one handles:

• Supabase Your account.
• Cloudflare Turnstile, which receives your IP address to check that you are not a bot.
• Vercel Hosting this site and its request logs.
• Stripe Taking payment for a pass. As the seller of record, Stripe receives your email address and card details when you buy, and sends your receipt.
• Resend Sending the emails your account sends you, such as the confirm-your-email and sign-in links. Resend receives your email address to deliver them.

Analytics

There are none. Nothing on this site tracks how you use it for analytics purposes.

Getting your data removed

You can ask to have your account and its data deleted, and we will honor that request, with the two exceptions below. Email support@vtneprep.app to make the request.

The record that you accepted the Terms is kept. That is your email address, which version you accepted, and when. It is kept for 7 years from the date you accepted. It is what shows the agreement existed, so it stays after the account is gone. Nothing on this site ever displays it.

The record of any pass you bought is also kept: your email address as it was when you paid, which pass, and when you paid or were refunded. Payment records have to be kept for as long as tax and payment rules require, so this stays after the account is gone. Nothing on this site ever displays it.
