Refunds

Passes are final
A pass is a one-time purchase and all sales are final. We don't offer refunds for a change of mind, for time you didn't use, or because you passed or didn't pass the exam.
When we do refund
We refund where the law requires it. We'll also refund a billing error — you were charged twice, or charged for something you didn't buy. Write to support@vtneprep.app and say what happened.
Goodwill credit
Sometimes we may refund part of what you paid as a goodwill gesture. A partial refund like that does not end your pass — you keep the access you bought.
What a full refund does
A full refund ends the pass it paid for. So does a chargeback through your bank. Your account goes back to the free sample.
Who takes the payment
Stripe is the seller of record for these passes. Your card statement shows LINK.COM, and your receipt comes from Stripe rather than from us. Because Stripe handles the payment, they can issue a refund themselves in limited cases, even where this policy would not.
